Orders move into processing after payment has been received and confirmed.

E-Transfer and cryptocurrency orders remain pending until payment is matched and confirmed.
Order processing
In-stock products are prepared for shipment after confirmation. Orders containing unavailable items will not be accepted for backorder.
Delivery details
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate Canadian delivery address during checkout.
Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available for the selected shipment, it is associated with the order after dispatch. Carrier scans and delivery timing are controlled by the carrier and may vary by destination.
Processing time and transit time
Order processing begins after payment confirmation. Carrier transit is the journey after dispatch; it is separate from payment confirmation and order preparation. Use the tracking information associated with your order for carrier updates.
