E-Transfer and Bitcoin orders remain pending until payment is matched and confirmed.
Order processing
In-stock products are prepared for shipment after confirmation. Orders containing unavailable items will not be accepted for backorder.
Delivery details
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate Canadian delivery address during checkout.
Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available for the selected shipment, it is associated with the order after dispatch. Carrier scans and delivery timing are controlled by the carrier and may vary by destination.
Order issues
If an order arrives damaged or materially different from the confirmed order, retain the packaging and contact ELMNTPEP with the order number and clear photographs so the issue can be reviewed under the Refund and Returns Policy.
