All sales made through ElmntPep.com are, by default, final.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted unless expressly authorized in writing by ElmntPep at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to deny any request for a return, exchange, or refund for any reason, subject to applicable law.
To request authorization, you must contact us at elementpr@proton.me with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or documentation.
We may, but are not obligated to, offer a remedy such as a refund, exchange, or store credit.

- Unauthorized Returns

- Order Cancellations
Order cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible by contacting elementpr@proton.me.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may, at our discretion, cancel it and issue a refund.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it will be treated as a completed sale and will fall under this Refund and Returns Policy.
